Dr. Shenggen Fan gave welcome remarks to kickoff the 2020 International Conference on Leveraging Agriculture for Improving Nutrition and Health held on February 10-12, 2011, in New Delhi, India. The conference was inaugurated by the Indian Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh. More than 1,000 participants attended, representing a wide range of actors including governments, NGOs, private sector, and academia.
